Commitment to Our Pattison Team
At Pattison General Contractor, every team member is treated with respect and valued for
their specific role. As a company, this leads to better communications, more realistic
scheduling, maintaining budget requirements and more effective management. For those
reasons and more, Pattison encourages continuing education and training for every team
member.
Our passion for improving each employee’s skills and polishing their talents goes beyond
current job roles. We focus on identifying opportunities that allow employees to stretch
and reach their full potential as leaders. Each one has the opportunity to complete
classes at
Rapport Leadership International,
located in Nevada. This program provides three-day intensive, hands-on leadership
training sessions that allow Pattison employees to build on their strengths and
overcome barriers.
Pattison supports employees who wish to enhance and grow their knowledge and abilities
in other areas of construction through training, seminars and opportunities. Each
employee is also required to have first aid/CPR training and attend construction
certification classes from
OSHA
and the
Construction Industry Training Council of Washington.
Our dedication and continued investment in employees has created a highly skilled team
with a long-term history of working for the company. As a result, clients benefit from
a corporate culture of excellence and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
