About Us

Dee Hudgins, Controller

Dee brings more than 20 years of finance and project experience to each project that Pattison undertakes. She is responsible for the accounting, human resources and IT departments and works closely with Pattison Partners on contractual structures, surety and Insurance placement. She embraces the Pattison philosophy of attention to detail and partnerships in the administration of her work. She is an accomplished team facilitator and approaches her work with diligence, determination and dedication to the quality and timeliness for which Pattison has become recognized in the industry.

Dee’s ability to be open, communicative and thorough provides a great underpinning for managing the financial and people requirements of each project. She makes herself readily accessible and provides a wealth of resources to the successful collaboration of all project participants.
