Mike Pattison, President

Michael has over thirty-two years of construction background. He began his work in residential construction and transferred his skill base to commercial work in 1989. His broad experience includes project management, pre-construction services, estimating, purchasing, construction and post-construction operation and maintenance support. Michael has extensive project experience that includes interior commercial renovation, exterior renovation, high-tech tenant improvements, industrial/warehouse, retail, office and medical, with a specialty in high-end Class-A tenant improvement projects.

Throughout his career he has maintained his dedication to developing client relationships by providing quality and cost-effective construction services that create smart solutions.

Michael personally manages projects from groundbreaking through final punch list. His hands-on approach to ownership combined with his firm belief in servicing clients at a fair price has led to the success and current market share of Pattison General Contractor.
