Pete Perkins, Senior Project Manager
Pete brings more than 24 years of construction experience to the company, and he holds
a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. His vast
knowledge of field applications and precise management of projects for Pattison
clients assures that we meet or exceed all of our standards for quality and
excellence. His background in commercial construction coupled with multi-family and
residential development experience provides a diverse knowledge of field applications
and the ability to quickly identify the customer’s needs.
As project manager, Pete’s duties include company development, estimating, contracting
and coordinating projects from conception to completion. A true team player, he manages
project scheduling with Pattison’s team and subcontractors, while assuring that
contractual agreements are in place for all projects. His ability to work closely with
owners, architects and engineers create success on a variety of projects. Pete’s
honesty, dedication and commitment to building long-term relationships with building
owners, architects, property managers and tenants contribute to the continual growth
of Pattison General Contractor.
