Project Scope:
For Cepheid Labs, Pattison completed renovations and structural upgrades of four labs in an occupied building. The project included full demolition and abatement of all lab areas: two Oligo synthesizer labs with design-build custom synth hoods and two chemistry labs, as well as installation of complete building systems to support nine fume hoods to manage lab gases N2 and AR, VAC, DI and process water. Pattison used both existing and new steel and epoxy casework throughout the labs. The project also included build out and infrastructure for a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Lab complete with automatic quench emergency systems, a glass wash area and building wide DI water systems.

Project Scope:
Mixed use tenant improvements for Patterson Dental, an equipment and service supplier for Dental practices, with areas designed for sales and a showroom. Renovations also included a lunchroom and a warehouse facility. The showroom includes display of 6 dental exam areas with the means for interchange components to showcase Patterson’s products.

Project Scope:
High-tech pharmaceutical build-out for a new Cyclotron laboratory including construction of a concrete containment vault with structural slab. The installed Cyclotron machine, used to generate mildly radioactive materials used in positron emission tomography (P.E.T.) radiopharmaceuticals and research probes. The containment vault has 24” concrete walls, reinforced with rebar and a floor tolerance of zero. Office improvements and to restrooms completed the scope. Work was completed on time and within budget.

Project Scope:
Dr. Aysel Sanderson and Mr. Ben Yazici, Principals of A & B Property Ventures LLC, came to Pattison in 2008 with a plan to renovate retail space in Kirkland for their new Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. The space was completely demolished and tenant improvements, including the construction of an operating room, were completed within a 10 week time frame. HVAC upgrades included the supply and installation of a separate split A/C system for operating room temperature control.
