Project Scope:
Full renovation of 25,000 square feet of a Class A tenant improvement
build-out with custom casework, coffered ceilings, big screen TV and
fireplace for the Windermere Kirkland Headquarter Offices. The scope
included thirty private offices, two conference rooms and reception
area renovations. Work was completed on time and within budget, in
ten weeks, in an occupied building.

Project Scope:
Bennett Homes called on Pattison for a complete interior renovation to turn a former
Lexus auto dealership into Class-A office space for a large residential homebuilder
and real estate company. Renovation of the three-story building included removing
all interior walls and ceilings, taking the building to a shell and core only.
Interior work included build out of all new office space, structural renovation of
the entire lower floor (raising it three feet), and conversion of an auto shop to
new office floor space. Pattison also installed new HVAC units and systems, new
electrical sub-panels, circuits and lighting, new fire alarm system, new fire
sprinkler system and new plumbing system and fixtures. Exterior improvements
included new storefront exterior door and window systems, renovations of existing
stucco finishes, specialty painting of entire exterior and installation of a new
roof.

Project Scope:
When Crump Insurance leased Class-A office space in the new Woodland Technology
Center office complex, they relied on Pattison to complete tenant improvements
necessary to customize the space. All work was completed in six weeks in an
occupied building. Pattison upgraded the structural integrity of the building
to accommodate a new building-wide exhaust system. Improvements also included
renovations to common space corridors and a raised second floor entry.

Project Scope:
In this project, Pattison renovated the entire interior of a Class-A office space
to meet the needs of a design/build custom architectural firm. Work included
complete removal of suspended ceiling system and creation of open ceilings for a
majority of workspace areas. These areas required three specialty hard lid rooms
incorporating a custom barrel ceiling design. All common corridor walls and
ceilings were upgraded to current one-hour fire-rated construction. With existing
tenants in the building, heavy noise and demolition work was completed in early
morning and evening hours to minimize disruptions. The new lobby and conference
rooms included custom millwork, doors and specialty wood trims.

Project Scope:
This Class-A Tenant Improvement project involved three floors at the Plaza at
Yarrow Bay building. Interior rehabilitation included the installation of a
60-ton cooling tower, structural fortification of roof system, a
computer/network main distribution facility room with FM200 systems. It was
completed on a 14-week schedule.

Project Scope:
Interior Improvements were done in the occupied facilities of Building “H” and “J”
at the Canyon Park Business Center. The buildings were broken into 45 phased
nightly renovations to occupied offices, cubical areas and the warehouse. Every
evening the furniture was broken down, areas were demolished, flooring installed
and walls painted. Then the furniture was reassembled so the staff could work the
next day. Improvements included modern upscale finishes at reception area, three
conference rooms, two lunch rooms, ten restrooms and several employee break areas
phased into the project schedule. A new 1,600 square-foot steel mezzanine at the
receiving and quality control area was constructed. Structural upgrades for
operable partitions in the main conference room were also done.

Project Scope:
Windermere NW brought in Pattison General Contractor to complete the
renovation of their Eastlake office. The project included connecting
the second and third floors with a new custom steel staircase, twenty
private offices, two conference rooms, a showroom and four restrooms
to accommodate the 82 agents working from this location. The project
included complete floor to ceiling demolition of the second and third
floors. This project was completed within budget and in just twelve
weeks.

Project Scope:
Class-A Tenant Improvement build-out’s within the Woodlands Technology Center
office complex, on three floors. Individual Jobs completed within a seven week
schedule in an occupied building for the following clients:
Remax, Ronald Blue, American Reporting, Crump Insurance, Royal Bank of Canada,
Rebound Physical Therapy, and Market Ready Space.
The building
structural integrity was upgraded to accommodate a new building-wide exhaust
system. Improvements also included renovations to common space corridors and
fire life safety system upgrades. Owner shell work included HVAC/mechanical,
acoustical ceiling, corridors, perimeter GWB and exterior blinds.
