Project Scope:
DaVinci Gourmet hired Pattison to complete a major remodel at their production
facility in South Seattle. In this two-phase project, the offices were
remodeled, a new elevator was installed and a new mezzanine built to expand
DaVinci’s Quality Assurance Labs, Research Lab and employee break area.
Products are now presented in the new Application Room on the second floor.
The two main areas of the room are designed for food and drink service in a
restaurant and bar atmosphere.

Project Scope:
In this project, Pattison converted the former Fentron Industries complex in
Ballard from a run-down metal fabrication plant into a first-class office,
warehouse and retail space for eight tenants. The scope included interior
and exterior renovations. Interior work included structural improvements and
the installation of new HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, and service
systems. Exterior work included structural improvements, siding and
landscaping that complemented the overall tenant improvements.

Project Scope:
Class A exterior shell renovation and interior upgrades of the existing Sterling
on 8th street building at the request of Sterling Realty Organization. A new
storefront façade was crafted. The interior improvements included structural,
mechanical, fire alarm and sprinkler upgrades (life safety upgrades). Work was
completed on time and in budget.
