Project Scope:
Mars Hill Church asked Pattison to complete interior renovations of two existing churches; one in Ballard and one in West Seattle. The project entailed new ADA-compliant restrooms and a new lounge, sanctuary and classrooms. Pattison provided a total power upgrade to 480 volt and added a 70-ton chiller. Structural additions were required to carry a 20 by 20-foot lighting truss. Structural improvements were made to the existing brick and CMU exterior walls needed for new custom doors.
