with HVAC and computer room upgrades including structural, casework and system
furniture.

Project Scope:
The Medtronic Physio Control project involved both exterior and interior
improvements. New exterior entry, walkways and utility upgrades were
constructed. Office space was re-configured and improved. Their MDF
(main distribution facilities) upgrades included the computer room,
electrical service up-grades, a FM-200 fire life safety system, a 40-ton
redundant cooling system that operates with an integrated handshake and
supply and installation of back-up diesel generators for UPS. Work was
completed in an occupied space, on time and in budget.

Project Scope:
High-tech pharmaceutical build-out for a new Cyclotron laboratory including
construction of a concrete containment vault with structural slab. The
installed Cyclotron machine, used to generate mildly radioactive materials
used in positron emission tomography (P.E.T.) radiopharmaceuticals and
research probes. The containment vault has 24” concrete walls, reinforced
with rebar and a floor tolerance of zero. Office improvements and to
restrooms completed the scope. Work was completed on time and within budget.
